Our Legal practice is primarily concerned with actions for infringement of intellectual property rights and related appeals before Administrative Agencies, People’s Courts and Quasi-Judicial Tribunals in China.  Although we customarily act for the owners of intellectual property, we also act to defend both foreign and domestic clients who are alleged infringement.

In the field of trademarks, unfair competition, designs, copyright and antitrust, we develop tailor-made anti-counterfeiting strategies for enforcement with the State Administration for Industry & Commerce, Local Administration for Industry &Commerce, Customs, Copyright Bureau and Administrative Authority for Patent Affairs.

We have a team of investigators who are experienced in detecting and investigating acts of IP infringement, especially in the fields of trademarks, designs, unfair competition and copyright.  Our investigators work closely with the relevant provincial and local officials and public notaries to make sure that evidence is gathered meticulously and legally.  We understand that, our client’s goal is not only taking the counterfeiting products out of the market place, but to root out the source of infringement.
