Professional Experience                                                                                                       Mr. Yong Chen has 6 years experience in fighting against trademark infringement and copyright infringement.  During this period he has represented many clients overseas in handling a large number of infringement cases, including going through administrative procedure and court procedure to cease the infringing acts, and requesting administrative authorities to issue administration penalty and seeking damages for clients.

Mr. Chen joined the firm in 1999 after working in the Beijing Second Middle Court as a practice law clerk.
