Professional Experience:
Ms. Yanmei Kan joined China Sinda in 2006 and has since then accumulated years of experience in trademark practices. Ms. Kan is experienced in all phases of trademark prosecution; she has prepared and filed hundreds of trademark applications, and has handled a great number of trademark review, opposition, cancellation and dispute proceedings before the Chinese Trademark Office and the Trademark Review & Adjudication Board. In addition, Ms. Kan has also represented her clients in trademark litigations in courts, as well as provided consultant services in matters concerning trademark assignments and licenses.
