Experience
Ms. Han obtained her Bachelor's degree in law from Central
University for Nationalities in 1998 and passed the
qualification examination for attorney at law in China in the
same year. After that, she worked at Beijing Jiahe Law Office
as patent and trademark assistant. In 1999, she joined China
Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. as an attorney at law and
trademark attorney. In the following year, she assisted many
renowned domestic and international clients in their
negotiations in China, by providing substantial legal services
in share transfer, dissolution and liquidation, labor, foreign
exchange and taxation.
Afterwards,
she worked at Ever Bright Securities Ltd. as a consultant for
investment bank. During this period, she provided legal
services to domestic stock companies on placement of shares
and transfer of shareholding rights, participated in examining
contracts, recommended changes and improvements to corporate
and divisional management in the company.
Ms. Han was further trained in the United Kingdom and
got her Magister Juris from University of Oxford in 2002 and
rejoined China Sinda specializing in Intellectual Property
litigation, licensing and other commercial disputes, business
and product defamation
claims.
