Ms. Xiaonan Zhang joined China Sinda in 2006. Over the five years she is with China Sinda, she has accumulated in-depth experience in trademark prosecution and litigation. She has provided high quality services for her worldwide clients in all areas of trademark practices, including licensing and assigning trademarks, conducting trademark searches and reviews, filing trademark applications and carrying on opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Chinese Trademark Office, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, as well as litigating trademark cases in courts. Ms. Zhang has also provided consulted services to her clients concerning managing their corporate trademark portfolios and planning and implementing their trademark protection strategies.
