Professional experience                                                                                                                                           Mr. Liang has eight years experience in the areas of computer hardware and software, image and digital signal processing, cellular and other communications systems, integrated circuits, and electrical power systems.  His engineering experience includes ferrous metallurgy and development of video/audio editing system.
