Professional Experience                                                                                                    Before joining China Sinda in April 2005, Mr. Li had worked for 10 years in SIPO as a Patent Examiner in the Department of Electric and Computer Science since 1995. During this period, he undertook systemic training relating to the patent examination, searching, re-examination and invalidation. He worked as Quality Control Officer for patent substantive examination of the Department, was tutor to many examiners, and held the posts of Deputy Director of the Electric Division, and Director of the Computer Division. He participated in drafting "Examination Rules on Business Methods Related Patent Application for Invention "

Mr. Li has rich experience in patent related work in the fields of Electrical Engineering, High Voltage, Cable, Electrical Machine, Power Transmission and Distribution, Electrical Equipment, Computer Science, and Software and Business Methods etc. With his extensive experience in patent examination and knowledge of the law, Mr. Li provides professional service in patent prosecution, re-examination, searching, invalidation and infringement.

Mr Li had attended the following courses relating to IP practice:
PCT International Searching & Preliminary Examination course, Swedish Patent and Registration office in 1998.
Management, Invitation and Training of patent examiners, European Patent Office, 2003
Master Course of Civil and Commercial Law, China University of Political Science and Law, 2001-2003
