Professional Experience
Ms. XU obtained her Bachelor’s degree of law at Tianjin University of Commerce in 2001 and then went to the United Kingdom for further study at the University of Sheffield, where she got her LLM degree in International, Commercial and European Law.Ms. XU obtained her Bachelor’s degree of law at Tianjin University of Commerce in 2001 and then went to the United Kingdom for further study at the University of Sheffield, where she got her LLM degree in International, Commercial and European Law. 

After graduation, she worked as the Legal Assistant to the Chief Representative of the Shanghai Office of Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property, the Shanghai branch of the biggest IP firm in Jordan, where she started her career as a legal professional specialized in IP. 

In 2005, she joined China Sinda, and in the same year, she passed the uniform national judicial examination and obtained the qualification for attorney at law in China. Afterwards, she has been working with China Sinda specializing in IP related matters, including litigation, consultation, administrative protection of IPR, etc.
