Professional Experience                                                                                                      Mr. Zhong joined China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. in 2002 after having worked for 14 years in the Patent Office of China as a Patent Examiner in the Department of electronics and computer science, where he took several training courses relating to the Patent document searching and Patent Examination in the field of computer science & software, which were given by the European Patent Office and German Patent Office.  He assisted in rewriting the chapter "Examination on Computer Related Invention" of the Examination Guideline,

Mr. Zhong gained rich experience in Patent Examination, PCT International Search & Preliminary Examination, Patent Reexamination, Patent document searching, Patent Prosecution and Invalidation & Litigation of Patent right, in the fields of complex electronics, computer science & software, business methods, image processing & reproduction, telecommunication, video & audio signal encoding & decoding, semiconductors and other electrical equipment. Mr. Zhong also counsels and provides opinions to clients regarding patent validity, infringement and enforcement, and drafts patent applications.

Mr. Zhong had worked as an electrical engineer for six years after graduating from college.

Mr. Zhong is currently in charge of the electrical & electronic group.
