Professional Experience                                                                                                                                         After graduating from the Department of Radio Engineering, Southeast University, Ms. Huang was assigned to teach in the Department of Radio Engineering, Beijing Aeronautics and Astronautics University. Having taught in university for several years, Ms. Huang decided to start her research and development of large power microwave components at the Institute of Electronics under the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Ms. Huang had worked in the Chinese Patent Office for 15 years and served in many important posts such as Director of Division I, Examination Department, contributor to China’s Patent Examination Guide, and senior quality control officer for patent substantive examination. In addition, Ms. Huang has taught many training courses for new examiners and patent attorneys.

Ms. Huang published many papers on patent examinations such as “Comparative Studies of Substantive Examination in Major Countries”, “Patent Protection for Computer Readable Storage Medium”, and “Patentability of E-Commerce based Invention and Innovations”. Ms. Huang is also the monograph writer of “Composition of Patent Application Documents and Associated Examination Points”.

After joining China Sinda, Ms Huang demonstrated her great capability in serving her clients with her extremely rich knowledge in both Chinese patent law and examination procedures.
