Professional Experience:
Ms. Min Chen joined China Sinda in 2007. She practices in all aspects of trademark laws, and is particularly experienced in trademark license and assignment, prosecution, and litigation, including both administrative litigation and infringement litigation. In addition, she also counsels and represents clients on matters concerning anti-unfair competition law and other trademark related laws. Further, Ms. Chen has a very good understanding of trademark laws and practices in other jurisdictions. She frequently helps her clients design and manage their global trademark portfolios.
