Dr. Wu focuses his Intellectual Property practice in patent related law. He is experienced in patent prosecution, re-examination, invalidation and litigation. He is also experienced in counseling clients on patent related issues, such as providing patent opinion and infringement analysis, assisting clients in technology transfer, designing and developing their global patent strategies.

Dr. Wu had many years of research & development experience in areas including molecular & cellular biology and neurobiology in Columbia University and Chinese Academy of Sciences before he started his law career.

Dr. Wu is an attorney at law admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar and a patent attorney register to practice before the United State Patent and Trademark Office, and had practiced in U.S. major law firms before joining China Sinda.
