Ms. Liu obtained her Bachelor's degree in law from Capital
University of Economics and Trade in 1994. After graduating
from the university, Ms. Liu worked for the Beijing People¨s
Machinery Company (BPMC) as a legal counselor. During the
period, she handled many economic and intellectual property
disputes and was part of the company¨s decision-making
process. Ms. Liu created the IPR protection system for BPMC.
Ms.
Liu passed the National Bar Examination for Trademark Attorney
Qualification in 1995 and joined China Sinda Intellectual
Property Ltd. in the same year
Ms.
Liu has handled a large number of trademark cases in China.
Aimed at providing better service, she received advanced IP
training sponsored by a UK-based leading law firm.
Ms.
Liu is an experienced expert in handling trademark matters and
communicating with examiners in the China Trademark
Office.
