Professional Experience                                                                                                                                         Prior to joining China Sinda, Mr. Xia had seventeen years experience in the areas of radio monitoring, electromagnetic compatibility analysis, and frequency allocation and allotment. Mr. Xia is very familiar with regulations and rules on radio telecommunication technology, telecommunication systems, and associated radio management. While being employed in the National Radio Management Center as a telecommunication chief engineer, he organized and participated in many important scientific research projects and was awarded prize of Science and Technology Progress Award three times. He was involved in many telecommunication related research and engineering construction projects such as short-wave design, ultra-short wave design, trunk communication systems, microwave communication and microwave one point to multiple addresses, VAST station, GSM mobile cellular phone and the third generation of mobile communication systems. 

Mr. Xia started his career in IP field at Lung Tin International Patent and Trademark Agent, Ltd. where he received systematic training dealing with IP affairs and handled both domestic and foreign patent applications.
