Professional Experience                                                                                                     Prior to joining China Sinda, Mr. Tian had worked as a patent examiner at the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) for 7 years. During this period, Mr. Tian examined a large number of patent applications in the field of mechanics.  He was sent to European Patent Office twice, to receive professional training in patent search and patent examination.  Before entering SIPO, he spent worked several years as an engineer in manufacturing and project engineering position at Capital Steel Corporation.

Mr. Tian’s practice focuses on preparation and prosecution of patent applications relating to the mechanical arts. Due to his extensive experience and solid knowledge both in the field of technology and law, Mr. Tian is extremely capable of handling sophisticated cases.
