Professional Experience
Mr. Lu has over twenty years experience in complex electronics, semiconductors, printers, cathode ray
tube,telecommunications, information and imaging technologies,computer and software, network
technologies, and other equipments.He has handled many patent cases in China Patent Office and in
litigation including invalidation and infringement both before Patent Re-examination Board and Court.
Mr.Lu had worked in China Patent Office as a patent examiner in the electrical arts for 11 years, which
gave him a rich experience in patent prosecution and also made him very knowledgeable of the Chinese
Patent Laws and Regulations. He joined China Sinda in 2003 after working as a patent attorney in the
law firm East IP.
