Ms. Jie Tian joined China Sinda in 2006 and has over four-year rich experience in trademark prosecution and litigation, including conducting trademark search and pre-filing analysis, filing trademark applications, carrying on opposition, cancellation and dispute proceedings, and litigating trademark cases in courts. She has helped her clients successfully handled hundreds of trademark cases before the Chinese Trademark Office, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, as well as in the courts. In addition, Ms. Tian has provided consultant services for her clients in all the above fields.
