Professional Experience                                                                                                        Ms. Ma obtained her BA degree in 1994. After graduation, Ms. Ma took China's first training course for trademark attorneys and passed the National Bar Examination for the same qualification.  

After joining China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. in 1994, Ms. Ma continued her law studies at a law firm located in Washington DC, U.S.A.

Due to her rich knowledge and experience in handling trademark affairs, Ms. Ma was appointed head of the Trademark Management Department of China Sinda in 1998.

Ms. Ma has over eleven years experience in trademark filing, prosecution, licensing and litigation.  Since 2000, Ms. Ma has endeavored herself to trademark prosecution and litigation, leading the trademark department as a Deputy Manager.  She has successfully handled the trademark matters for some famous foreign clients.
