Professional Experience                                                                                                                                           After graduation from university with his BS degree, Mr. Mu started his scientific explorations at a Beijing-based research institution. The five-year experience in research activities laid a solid technical foundation for his future career development in the field of intellectual property.      

He started his professional career as a patent attorney working for the Patent Agent Department of CCPIT in 1984.

Having received professional training in IP both at home and abroad, and having worked for several years under the guidance of experienced patent attorneys of a foreign law firm with a long history, Mr. Mu retired from the position of Head of Beijing Office of NTD Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd., and went to the US to be President of NPA International Inc. in Washington, D.C.

All of these have made Mr. Mu weathered in experience, which led him to create the current private share holding IP law firm in 1993, the largest of its kind in China. Under the leadership of Mr. Mu, China Sinda has grown into an IP agency with over one hundred professionals noted for their devotion and admirable professionalism. The firm is able to provide high quality service in all IP–related business for its clients both at home and abroad.
