Professional Experience                                                                                                   Mr. Guan has over seventeen years experience in the IP fields and several years in computer engineering.  He has represented clients in trials for patent cases in the Local Courts and before the Patent Re-examination Board.  He has also been involved in all phases of the PCT applications and Madrid registrations as well as conventional patent and trademark applications in China. He has drafted a large number of patent applications in the electrical, mechanical and computer software fields.

Mr. Guan joined China Sinda in 2002 after working in other law firms, including the Law Office of Jiahe and the IP Department of China National Nuclear Corporation.
