Professional Experience                                                                                               

Ms. An obtained her BS degree for civil engineer in 1990 and earned her Master's degree in both China and US. Ms. An joined NTD Patent & Trademark Agency Ltd. as a trademark attorney in 1992 and joined China Sinda in 1994.

Thanks to her solid knowledge of technical and legal aspects of IP prosecutions, Ms. An was invited to join China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. on the day of its foundation in 1994. Ms. An has passed the National Bar Examination for both Trademark and Patent Attorney Qualification and furthered her law studies in the U.S.A and Canada.

Ms. An's extensive experience in practice and solid knowledge of laws have made her extremely capable in handling sophisticated cases. Her skills in handling dispute cases have eventually helped many of her clients out of their dilemma. Ms. An is the manager of the Trademark Department of the firm.
