Ms. Ling Qiu joined China Sinda since 1994 and was one of the founding members of the trademark practice in the firm. Ms. Qiu has extensive experience in advising trademark matters in China. She has handled thousands of trademark cases before the Chinese Trademark Office, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, as well as the courts, and is tremendous experienced in all aspects of Chinese trademark practice. With excellent communication skills and also extensive knowledge of foreign trademark laws and practices, she has helped clients from across the world to obtain and protect their trademarks in China. Her clients are from various fields, such as luxury goods, software, household appliances, pharmaceutical and health care companies, and many of them are multinational companies or Fortune 500 companies.
