Professional Experience                                                                                                       After graduation from college, Ms. Qiu received training in intellectual property laws. In 1994, Ms. Qiu passed the National Bar Examination for Trademark Attorney Qualification and joined China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. the same year.  

Ms. Qiu has worked for the IP Protection Department and the Trademark Department successively. She has handled numerous trademark infringement cases as well as over 1,000 cases related to trademark applications, review applications, oppositions, disputes and cancellations.

In addition, Ms. Qiu is familiar with the trademark practice of many other countries and is able to provide foreign filing services for her domestic clients.
