Mr. Chen joined China Sinda in 1998 and has focused his practice on enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights as well as patents. He is experienced in both administrative and judicial proceedings on local and national levels by means of in-depth investigation, analysis and strategies. With his solid knowledge of China's intellectual property legislation and practice, Mr. Chen has been dedicated to customizing rights protection plans and flexible and efficient legal services for each client. In recent years, he also made outstanding achievements in Internet infringement and rights protection.
Mr. Chen has extensive experience in pre-litigation investigation and evidence identification and gathering. He has successfully handled numerous evidence preservation cases involving patent rights and trade secrets, providing strong support for winning the lawsuits and obtaining compensations.
