Patent Attorney

Job Description:

The job holder is to independently handle the new patent applications, OAs, re-examinations and rejections etc.

Requirements:                                                                                                                     1.       Bachelor degree or above in electronics, chemistry and mechanics                                  2.       Over two year related experience                                                                                     3.       Excellent reading, writing, listening and speaking English (or Japanese)                            4.       Must have passed the qualification examinations for patent attorney.

Assistant to Patent Attorney - electronics/chemistry/mechanics

Job descriptions:

The job-holder is to assist patent attorney to handle patent application matters that may include translating technical descriptions of inventions and dealing with procedures etc. Normally, the job-holder could handle cases independently in two years.

Requirements:                                                                                                                      a. Master degree or above in related areas                                                                              b. Must be excellent in reading and writing English (or Japanese) and good in oral English (or Japanese)                                                                                                                            c. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
